Neutrophils are a type of white blood cell. They help fight infections.
When chicken soup slows them down, the concentrate where the infection is occuring and thuse results in better healing of the infection.
This helps in upper respiratory infections.
Use a few slices in boiling water. This helps for sore throats and coughing. It can also help relieve nausea.
Ten grams of honey at bed time shall help most people sleep better at night during the winter.
Increases immune function and reduces cold.
This is an immune booster and a well known anti cancer drug.
It has a known chemical called allicin, which kills germs.
Using garlic reduces colds and prevents other ailments.

Chocolate has theobromine which fixes the cough.
Drinking the juice of a Lemon shall reduce chances of getting a cold.
To open sinuses use the vapor of lemon and honey in boiling water.
